Michael has been practicing law for more than 16 years and specializes in the areas of personal injury, disability insurance and wrongful dismissal claims.

After his call to the bar in 1994, Michael began his career working on behalf of Insurance Companies and Employers with law firms in downtown Toronto.  Building on this expertise, he crossed the floor in 2002 when he opened his plaintiff’s practice near his home in Mississauga.  Michael has a reputation for being an experienced litigator and strong advocate who is well versed in the practices of Insurance companies and Employers. 

Michael has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and Federal Court - Trial Division.  His focus is to use effective advocacy to ensure clients receive fair treatment from insurance companies or employers and will use all available means including negotiation, mediation or trial to achieve successful results for them.
